Who We Are

AI Alchemy is a publication by Lituus Studio, operated by Louis Razuki, based in Melbourne, Australia. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy, we mean Lituus Studio.

What We Collect

Information you provide

• Newsletter subscription: email address, name, company, industry, country, and your content preferences.
• AI Readiness Assessment: your responses to assessment questions, your name, email, and your resulting archetype and scores.
• Contact form: name, email, company, and your message.

Information collected automatically

• Page view counts: we track aggregate view counts per article. These are not tied to individual users.
• Error data: if something goes wrong, our error monitoring service (Sentry) may capture technical details such as error messages, stack traces, and browser information to help us fix issues.
• Local storage: we use your browser’s local storage to prevent double-counting page views within a 24-hour window. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

What we don’t collect

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We do not use Google Analytics or similar analytics platforms. We do not track your browsing behaviour across pages.

How We Use Your Information

• To send you emails: newsletters, digests, and content updates based on your preferences.
• To deliver your assessment results: including personalised archetype analysis.
• To respond to your enquiries: when you use the contact form.
• To improve the site: aggregate view counts help us understand what content is useful.
• To fix errors: error monitoring helps us identify and resolve technical issues.

Third-Party Services

We share your information with the following services, only as needed to operate AI Alchemy:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication. Stores your subscription data, assessment responses, and contact form submissions.
• Resend — email delivery. Receives your email address and name to send newsletters and transactional emails.
• Sentry — error monitoring. May receive technical error data (not personally identifiable information) when errors occur.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing. Your contact form responses may be processed by Claude to help draft a natural reply. Assessment responses are analysed using AI. This data is processed transiently and not stored by Anthropic.
• Vercel — website hosting. Serves the application and processes requests.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Data Retention

We retain your subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we mark your record as inactive but retain your email address to honour your preference not to receive further emails.

Assessment responses and contact form submissions are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email we send.
• Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including rate limiting on all public forms, input validation, honeypot fields to prevent spam, and authenticated access controls for administrative functions. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we’ll notify subscribers via email.
